i'm turning 29 next week. i realize more and more how much i detest being a part of this world. southern california is the center of wealth and materialism. we don't realize how good we have it and we whine when our little perfect world is out of place. but really, things happen here just like everywhere else. we're just blind to them and to what is going on 3 miles from us. we try to keep ourselves separated from the bad, the evil.

we just like to keep ourselves safe and comfortable.
