We would like to get your updated contact information if you have moved lately or if we don't have it... so we can mail you a letter... If you haven't got a letter from us in the past 6 months it means we don't have your contact info!  You can either just email it to me or go to http://spreadsheets.google.com/viewform?key=p8fnnp0avRjUEX-x6ykpAeA and submit it there.
