It seems no matter what side you are on, in the media they are always trying to make things extreme with politics. Obama is going to destroy the world, Bush is going to do this or that.
Why do they call it global warming then? That doesn't sound extreme. Who doesn't like to be warm? Here are some alternate names I think would have been better:
Global melting
Global incinerating
Global burning
Global it's so hot all the water has dried up and I am dying of thirst-ing
